Learn lifegiving compressions in less than five minutes…

Our Passion

At Compression Ready Communities, we believe everyone has the potential to save a life. Our mission is to teach people in a simple and practical way how to recognize when someone needs life-saving compressions and immediately respond.

We have made our education easy, accessible, and impactful by removing fear and breaking down the barriers to learning.

Together, we hope to empower individuals, build safer communities, and create a world where more lives are saved—one compression at a time.

“We’re teaching compassion through compressions one community at a time.”

Bridging the knowledge gap

Imagine a world where compression

readiness is the standard...

  • Where intimidation and lack of education is replaced by confidence and a willingness to participate and give high quality compressions...

  • Where compassion is exhibited through bystanders administering life-extending, high quality compressions as the rule--not the exception.

...this is the vision of Compression

Ready Communities!

About our Organization

Quality compressions administered immediately in response to a cardiac arrest can double and even triple a person's chance of survival. We believe that we can improve survival rates by equipping the general public with the knowledge and practice to perform life saving compressions.

Our mission and vision

Showing compassion through compressions springs from the heart of Compression Ready Communities desire to see a higher success rate of return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) with a quality of life intact from sudden cardiac arrest thereby improving the quality of the individual, family and community.

How we do it

Our philosophy is that proper education on quality compressions requires just a basic understanding of human anatomy and regular practice through repetition.

Our educational process consists of a 16-minute presentation followed up by hands on practice with the emphasis on our program’s 4 key points.

According to the American Heart Association (AHA)…

But we believe EVERYONE can be a lifesaving community hero!

Our own research data pulled from our 2023 Pilot Program

40+

Students

Increased their confidence by 28% and dramatically boosted their ability to perform lifesaving High-Quality Compressions (HQC) by over 56% with our repetitive practice formula
